Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the handcrafted and often custom-made nature of many of our products, we have varying return policies depending on the item. Here's a general guideline:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: For non-custom items readily available in our store, we offer returns or exchanges within 10 days from receiving the item. Please note that return shipping costs should be covered by the buyer.

  • Custom Orders & Large Quantities: For custom-made products or large quantity orders, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand the importance of ensuring your satisfaction:

    • Samples for Large Orders: For larger orders, we highly recommend requesting samples beforehand. This allows you to experience the beauty and variations of our products firsthand before committing to a full order.

    • Custom Order Process: We may require a deposit upfront to initiate production. The remaining balance will then be due before your order ships.
